For orders that are aboe Rs. 500/- in value, there are no shipping charges levied. However, for orders of lesser value, a nominal shipping charge may be levied depending on your location.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, net banking and cash cards. For those who prefer the traditional payment methods, we also accept DD and Cheques. You can also avail the COD option irrespective of your location.

For online orders, our processing time is 5-7 business days depending on your location. For very remote locations we may requeire 10 business days to complete your order.

If you are getting a custom product made, we will inform you of the estimated delivery time before order confirmation.

Soon after you fill the form for booking a Pandit, a TPS representative gets in touch with you to confirm the details and finalize the booking. On the appointed day, a TPS certified Pandit will reach at your desired location and perform the necessary rituals.

All orders come with a VAT Paid invoice. We believe in doing our bit for the environment, therefore for online orders, we will email you a PDF copy of the invoice. If you pick an item from our offline store or buy it from a channel partner, a hard copy of the invoice will be given to you.
